Uniforms
The department has one vote for uniform which is for both the inmates and the officers. The officers are supplied with two pairs of uniforms form every two years. This makes some of the officers who can afford buying other two pairs for themselves prone to having old and worn out uniforms.
Likewise the inmates, they are supplied with two uniform and some of them are exposed to hard labor where they will have their uniforms turn out of worn off. They will have them patched by the tailors and manage them even in the harsh conditions of cold season.
